I have completed a lot of the mathematical model of the wheel but have not posted because I composed it in Word.  It is a lot of work to transfer all the Word text into blogger.  I did it in Word so I could create a bibliography, table of contents, and use all the features of  Mathtype. (you can cut and paste the equations into the document but things like automatic numbering and referencing the equations does not work.)  If anyone has a suggestion on how to upload Word text with Mathtype equations, I will start uploading.
